We are at the upcoming Women's Health Expo at the lovely Trotts Gardens, with a selection of Pilates props and accessories for your home workouts, or for a chat about all things Pilates! You can wander around the stalls, listen to seminars or simply enjoy the gardens. Proceeds from the event are going to charity.
